Nobody has contacted me been calling for weeks leaving messages no answer disappointed extremely cause I'm disabled and seriously need help. He took my case when no one would. I had fought for 5 years and he won my case for me in 2015. I had to fight again and he won my case again for me. He can be super busy but he has done an amazing job with my cases. He takes the case, then completely ghosts on their client. Doesn't return calls. Doesn't return emails. Doesn't even have the decency to tell the client that the case didn't work out. Hard to get a hold of via phone and didn’t provide guidance in our case. Was denied in appeal hearing due to lack of counsel from Boudov. Alex Boudov is the best! HE truly cares and takes the extra time! Thanks Alex Boudov. Mr. Boudov seemed to be very helpful. Talked to me over the phone and said he'd gather my information and records for when they deny my case the first time. So when it came around to me being denied, I contacted him and only got his voicemail. A couple months went by until finally I felt my case was forgotten, I proceeded to try to contact him so I could stop my information being accessible to him. Still got sent to voicemail. I called AGAIN and he answered. Finally. He said he had gotten my message and would send me a letter confirming that he no longer has access to my records. So he did get my voicemails BUT failed to return my calls or give me any helpful advice or response to any of my voicemails. I very politely asked how I'd cancel the contract with me and he very rudely responded. He seemed irritated and frustrated with the fact that after he failed to call me back for a couple months made it seem like I was the one with the poor connection. He seemed helpful, at first, after time had passed I very quickly changed my mind. Seems to be unorganized and possibly too busy to keep in contact with clients. I had to catch him at the office in the late afternoon if I wanted to talk, his emails were equally sporadic. Beware the one-man firm.
