Customer feedback summary: 1. Happy Smiles appears extremely dirty. 2. Please thoroughly assess all charges on your insurance statements. I went in for routine X-rays and a general cleaning from my friendly hygienist. They billed my insurance over $2,000 for just two procedures. I thought it was quite high, as previous dental clinics only charged around $200. Please be cautious. 3. Service was excellent. Everybody was quite helpful. 4. Refer your peers. 5. Service was superb at Happy Smiles. Shoutout to Stephanie–very helpful with scheduling and did a tremendous job with polishing. She is very personable and professional! 6. Who would have thought this office was a gem !? It's so dirty outside but the inside is so beautiful the staff is all well trained very knowledgeable very helpful and the best part about them is they have all the specialist in house I was able to do my exam cleaning and fillings same day didn't have to wait till another week to get this done without having gone to the dentist for a while I only had 2 cavities and I have already booked for my Braces I am so excited to get that started I am way over due to fix my teeth but over all amazing vibe amazing staff the doctor was great thanks 7. The service is horrible to get a prescription. It's been over a week, and it's still waiting for the antibiotic prescription. They have not yet sent it to the pharmacy, the front office always says that they'll send it to the pharmacy and call us back. I have no idea when or if they'll send it to the pharmacy. 8. El servicio es excepcional, mis hijos están en tratamiento de braces y atención regular de su salud dental incluyéndome a mí. Me gusta la amabilidad y el profesionalismo de todas las personas que trabajan aquí. Siempre mandando recordatorios de mis citas y los planes de pago para los braces me parecen accesibles. Y lo mejor que me hizo quedarme aquí fue que los niños no pierden horas de escuela cada mes por las revisiones de los braces, las citas con el especialista son los fines de semana!
