STAY AWAY!!!! I paid over 4k for 2 treatments of thermage which was supposed to help me tighten the loose skin on my stomach. I was told I would see full results after a year. It has now been over a year & if anything, my loose skin is actually worse. I came in to take pictures of the results and the lady that did my consultation told me that she understood my concerns and she didn’t think that I got 4k worth of results. I, then, receive a call from Brian that tells me that he thinks my results look great & that he’s “sorry” I feel that way about myself. Are you kidding? I told him that the lady that did my consultation for me, agreed with me as well, to which he basically called me a liar? I didn’t necessarily want a refund, just something that would help me see results. When I asked if he could help me in any kind of way, since I didn’t receive what I paid for, he told me to go buy over the counter creams and give it time. If that was the case, why did I spend 4k? I could’ve just bought the cream in the first place. Then he told me I can buy another treatment, so i would have to spend thousands of dollars anyways. The whole place is a scam. DO YOUR RESEARCH!
