I am very unhappy with the doctor and how she handled the situation with my Botox. I specifically told her what I wanted. I told her I wanted Botox on the side of my eyes and under my eyes, I specified not to do my forehead because I get a lazy eye on my right eye, and I don't need it. Well, she did my forehead like I said not to. I went back for the second time, and explained to her that I was unhappy with my eyebrows pulled back like one was higher than the other when I raised my eyebrows. Hence, she decided to try to fix the left one and make it lower to match the right one and now the left one is lower than the right one. The point I'm trying to make is when I asked for a refund and told her I was unhappy she said that they didn't do refunds on Botox and then proceeded to send me pictures of the before, and after which had nothing to do with what I was talking about basically what I'm saying is if she knows that she messed up and she's not taking any accountability for it, so I'm very unpleased with the service, and I will never go back there again. Lastly, if you'll notice on my right eye, there's a ring around it, underneath it. I wanted her to fix that and after getting 45 units that is still the same way it was. I've already been twice! I'm not going a third time! I don't trust her! I don't want her touching my face!
