I have been going to Olympic Spa for 15 years. I guess they are under new management/ownership. The treatments I received was great. This was my fist time back post pandemic. They have a mandatory 20% gratuity. I had 3 treatments and gratuity was $64.00. I don't have a problem with tipping, but I do have a problem being forced with the amount to tip. The place was empty. No customers, there wasn't anyone in the oxygen rooms/saunas. I have never seen it like this. I even saw one of the technicians asleep in one of the treatments rooms, (low clientele). I asked if I could push my appointment out an hour, I was told no. I thought it was because they were busy. This was not the reason they were low on staff because they are low on customers. The restaurant is gone, replaced with a sign to ask the front desk to assist in ordering with an outside vendor. **The grass is always greener where it's being watered. I will be going to the spa across the street. At least they offer $35.00 if all I need is to rejuvenate after a long week at work.
