One Down Dog

One Down Dog is a community-led Yoga and Fitness Studio. Our philosophy is to have one foot down the yoga mat at a time. A wide range of courses is available for all levels, ranging from slow-down-chill out to kick-ass feel-good.

One Down Dog is, in a nutshell, an amazing yoga studio, a treasure trove of beautiful people which is recognized for exceptional classes, supportive community, top-notch teachers who are open-minded, and wonderful vibes. A lot of reviews remind potential clients that the studio is not at all pretentious like many you will come across in L.A. but a warm, loving place you can call home. The instructors are amazing, always helpful (especially when you are new) and ensure that you attend fulfilling, beneficial classes. It is a gem in the city as you can see from the massive mark down I am giving it :)
