The procedure was fully explained, and I was kept informed throughout. They also checked on me throughout. You should visit if you're searching for an honest dental clinic. 2. They are friendly, and they go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. From surgeries to cleanings, this Dental Office provides exceptional service. I feel this was an unorganized practice. I was sent here for a particular condition, I told them my needs/requirements and then waited for an appointment that was weeks after I needed it (the Periodontist is only there once a month). I sent through my referral letter on the day I scheduled the appointment and was told later that it had been received (double checked the details for the referral). I got a call the day before my appointment and was asked to provide my insurance info and SSN over the phone, only to then receive an email to say that I had to call back asap or they are going to cancel my appointment. Then I called back, the person I spoke to had no idea why I was calling and the person who emailed me was on lunch and didn't call me back as I requested. Then after waiting for weeks for this appointment, I found out that I can't be seen because of my condition. Just a total waste of time – surely I could have been told this the day I was booking my appointment… and also not really an apology 14. I feel this was an unorganized practice. I had to get a deep root cleaning/ scaling and Jenny was AMZING! So sweet and caring! Highly recommend seeing her! Front staff very helpful and facility clean!
