I was given a pretty wide estimate for how much my move would cost, and they still managed to exceed the top end of the estimate by more than $2000. This happened because they did not send the agreed number of packers, so the move took much longer than expected and accumulated a lot of overtime (paid at 2x the rate). They ultimately acknowledged their mistake, but they only offered a refund of $300 (after initially offering $100). The movers themselves were professional and courteous, but just know that the estimate they give you is not a guaranteed maximum, and you may end up paying a lot more. I’d look for a different moving company.
