While I was paying, Jack began a conversation with the customer behind me without saying anything to me except for yawning. I had been excited to purchase this book but left feeling regretful about supporting this store. I even went back to Jack to try to explain how I felt, but I am not sure they can comprehend good customer service. I will be finding other book stores to make purchases and hope Skylight hires better people in the future (Anonymous) 10. The most beautiful book store. The space, the tree, the light, the books. Jay has a bit of an unwelcoming vibe to her but everyone else was nicer.
