Reliable Sophie Dance Dancers and Employees are required to wear masks. Our teachers and staff are vaccinated. The studio continues to use antimicrobial filters in well-ventilated spaces. Any students, staff, or family members who exhibit signs of illness may not enter the facilities. This policy is essential to remember when registering, as no refunds will be issued. MAIN SEASON AND SUMMER SESSION POLICY: Main Season allows a maximum of two make-up classes per dancer and three total for Summer Session. The class must be made-up during the same billing period. All classes do not carry over from one season to the next. The participant's make-up class is not required to be in the same dance type, but it must be in the same level or age group. Participants must notify us via email at least one day before the desired class between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Make-up classes are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee the class will be offered. We ask that you keep your child home if they are not feeling well.
