About this business
A program for children, SwimRight Academy offers swimming lessons for kids. Back in 2005, the 4-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Lenny Krayzelburg, founded the aquatics school. As they put it, “Our core purpose is to teach and inspire kids to be safe around water." From the beginning, we've trained thousands of kids in swimming and water safety. Our teaching method is SwimRight®, a swim-float/swim method. The goal is to enroll the kids in a school. Through this, they learn confidence and safety methods around the water. These basic skills open the way for children to learn advanced techniques for all four swimming strokes, namely, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
The parent-tot class is a great opportunity to bond with your kids. It also helps the child to be comfortable in the water. The instructor will show the parents the right way to hold their kids in the water and how to get the child underwater correctly. The instructor uses songs and games to teach the technique, which introduces what the child will learn in private lessons
