March, Esq., a former US Bankruptcy Judge and the present head of The Bankruptcy Law Firm. Our other attorneys either work in the Law Firm office or remain remote. The Bankruptcy Law Firm operates full-time remotely since the start of the pandemic, when California law firms were shut. This Law Firm injects all bankruptcy petitions via the Electronic Case Filing System. All Court pleadings are electronically filed from remote areas by our Law Firm. At the bankruptcy case 341a meetings, our clients are represented. Our client, the Law Firm, and the trustee appear together by telephone. Per the court order, we attend Court proceedings by Zoom or Court Call. We are here to assist you!
