Diener Law's Customer Feedback Overview: A terrible experience!!! They took your money and agreed to everything before never hearing anything back. The secretaries also do not know stuff! Great service and communications. I will rate it at 10+. On my dad, Jose Sandoval's behalf, he appreciates all that Diener Law has done in handling his case and how they communicate. He hopes everything goes as planned and we have positive results. Gracias por todo! OK. This law firm has some serious complaints. I am requesting proof of your legal license to practice in this state. But I am still going to report this company. That's not enough. If the lawyers can practice in any state, how come no one has reached out and verified my dad's information related to his case? To this date 08/19/25, no one has helped my dad. You guys only took his money, and ask for more. I asked who is my dad's lawyer and no one can give me the information or proof of a license. The firm does nothing apart from taking money. My father has a pending case with them and they haven’t done anything. You will be denied access to the “lawyer” and at this point I don’t think there is one. It is so heartbreaking for the Latino community that they are taken advantage of during these hard times. The firm ignores all emails and calls.
