Customer Review 12: My (matches the description on my invoice)867 Toyota Highlander rear panel was replaced as part of an insurance claim, and there was damage to the bumper, rear quarter panel, and the only scratches were on the rear gate/hatch. It took 5 days, and the bodyshop charged my insurance $5675.75. My vehicle is 3 years old, has a metal/plastic body, and has an average powertrain repair cost of $2145. The bodyshop is located at 156 South Milpitas Blvd, 95035. The Pros: they were able to reach the back quarter panel and only had to replace it on the right side, they used all-new parts, the paint job looked perfect. The Cons: nothing! The panel is fixed and the paint job was done with no imperfections, I would have had to replace the entire bumper myself if it wasn't for the bodyshop. CrashChampions let me believe they could match body paint well, which was quite a feat as most bodyshops paint only appears "off" to me. Additionally, I noticed that they used LKQ parts, and I read online that those are the best in the auto body part industry. The bodyshop's website and storefront looked respectable and professional, and most importantly, their body paint job was perfect. The body shop claimed that they contacted me via phone, but I never received them, in fact, I called them, but all I could receive was a voicemail, so I just left them a message.
