My child enjoys coming here, and the staff have always treated us with respect and professionalism. We had two instances where we needed urgent help, and they were able to solve both problems quickly and effectively. At the time of the treatment, my daughters' teeth 8 and 9 were still misaligned. Immediately, Dr. Wadden retired, and Dr. Yue insisted on treatment which was pre-maturely and released us. She said the retainers would correct teeth 8 and 9. Eight months have passed, and teeth are still misaligned. My daughter wears retainers at night, and during the day, she feels that the teeth are moving. When we went for our regular checkup to our dentist, she noted that the teeth should have been corrected and a mail was sent to the branch on June 17th to address the issue. After a long time of waiting, I called the officers on August 5th, and the answer was that it has to be a second-phase treatment. 6. Appointment was scheduled on the next day. I want to see how they will handle the problem now. With the above experience, I will not recommend to anyone how they checked us out of the treatment plan before it's corrected and Dr. Wadden has retired when the treatment was ongoing. 7. After the consultation by Dr. Yue for my son, I can say that it's a good experience with all the kind and sweet treatment given. 8. I have been getting my Invisaligns at Milpitas orthodontics since March 2024, and the results are impressive. They are expensive but worth it. We have had some issues with the attachment, but the treatment is worth it. I have always been seen by the doctors despite the limited schedules, and they are accommodating. I'm very comfortable and satisfied with the treatment given by both Dr. Lee and Dr. Yue. They really accommodate me despite the many hiccups I had with the alignment. I also want to thank the dental assistants and the receptionist for the reception and good treatment. 9. His daughter is no longer practicing here, but the team still looks good. 11. Immediate response to our request is highly appreciated 12. Service is good, but I am thinking of switching to another orthodontist. I knew that they were open only 3days a week Monday-wed but I never believed at that time it will be very inconvenient. I sometimes wait for a whole week for an appointment when only a bracket has broken. Some checkups are done in the morning, this is not good for my health. 13. It has been a very good experience from the beginning on booking to my last appointment last month. Clear information was provided, and all our questions were answered and even the procedure perspective was given. The prices were also reasonable for everything we did in this clinic. I was also impressed when my son was made a retainer to hold the space he had lost a tooth manually within 24 hrs. With this experience, I will recommend this clinic for the good reasons I have witnessed. 14. They are open for 3 days in a week and it is very impossible to reach them on any open day. They don’t get phones to schedule appointment/consult on any issue which I felt was very time-consuming and annoying. This makes me settle for a change if I can’t communicate well with the receptionist. 15. Service is common. Many Orthodontics are providing this service. They are under staffed, work only 4 days a week. Getting appointment is painful and they are strict with the missing appointment penalties. Only school and weekdays have appointments. These experiences have been bad for me, and I can’t plan to continue with the treatment. The front desk service is not going well too.
