I was battling pain in my upper back molars for several days and didn’t know what to do. When I made my appointment at 10 p.m. on July 4, someone from the office called me shortly afterward and helped me book an appointment early the next morning. I was shocked since it was a holiday night and someone had reached out to me so quickly! Upon arrival, the receptionist was warm and friendly, and the office was clean. I was taken back to the treatment room by the hygienist after a few short moments. I was very nervous because I’ve had such a hard time finding reliable, honest dentists in Orange County who genuinely care about their patients and not just money. The hygienist listened carefully to all my worries, took my X-rays, and was beyond kind, funny, and compassionate. When the dentist came in, he showed me my X-rays, carefully checked my teeth, and explained everything he was doing and why. He clearly explained the procedure he recommended, answered all of my questions, and even gave me flossing techniques that were helpful and that I had been neglecting floss. I realized I didn’t know how to floss properly either. I am impressed that the dentist took the time out of his busy schedule to show me how to floss properly as a prevention measure and so that I can continue having healthy gums and teeth! I cannot say enough great things about this office. From the time I booked the appointment down to the actual treatment, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. At no time did I ever feel pressured or that my fears or worries were swept under the rug. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but I was so anxious about needing an emergency dentist that I forgot most. Still, I want to give the entire team a huge thank you for the compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care I received on a Sunday after a major holiday.
