Cumulative Customer Feebacks Overdue on this review, but a big thank you to this shop and especially Kevin! I was about to go on an 8-hour drive when my “infotainment” screen stopped working. I called a dealership and they said they couldn’t help. I called this shop and Kevin said, “Come on in. I think we can help you.” And they did! It took 30 seconds of kindness and about five minutes of disconnecting my battery, and I was back on the road safe and sound. Thank you Kevin, for taking the time to help me when you absolutely didn’t have to. That kind of kindness and customer service goes a long way. I’m incredibly grateful! (1) Charles, Phil, Ryan and Kevin are the best. They have great prices and great service. I appreciate them and all the work they have done for me, to my truck. Hopefully you get to find and use them for your issues also! (2) I came to MV Transmission for a second opinion about an engine light. Turns out my engine needed to be replaced due to the internal water pump failing inside the engine. Thanks, Mazda, for that design flaw! MV Transmission saved me thousands by replacing my engine with a refurbished engine affordably and extended the life of my car another 9 years! (3) If you ever need a fast and reliable flat tire repair, I highly recommend Mission Viejo Transmission & Auto Repair. They truly provide some of the best service in Mission Viejo. This wasn’t my first visit, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Today, Kevin took great care of my flat tire, checked all of my tires, made sure the spare was in good condition, and had me safely back on the road in no time. I was genuinely impressed by how kind, professional, and efficient everyone was. And to top it all off, they didn’t charge me a thing.
