Customer Testimonials: Good experience very well environment friendly handled my pup with extreme care very satisfied; they did a decent job grooming but my dog had fleas got there with fleas and left with fleas i don’t even think they gave her a flea bath after i had ask them to waste of a $50 to be honest; The best pet place for your god and cat like what I love it but here's the thing it would cast more for a cat but I would take it and you need a appointment but if you need to get your dog nails painted or trim you just wak in the store; We have our poodle mix see Alyssa every 4-8 weeks and she is an absolute dream to work with. Our dog has fear reactivity but sometimes, on very rare occasions, he takes to someone immediately. It's not surprising that our dog took to Alyssa so quickly though! She has a huge heart, is great at what she does, and is so patient and gentle and loving. She radiates care and kindness! Our boy also has double hip dysplasia and because of this, Alyssa provides him with the utmost care to ensure that he doesn't experience any pain during grooming. Since we take him in regularly, and ensure to do grooming at home as well, he is very compliant with her. She doesn't have to use the hanging leash lead, which is amazing because otherwise he'd be forced to sit / stand on his hips the whole time which would cause him a lot of pain. He will frequently lay down on the table because it is more comfortable for him that way, and she always works with him, never against him. We seriously couldn't ask for more from a groomer. Even with catering to his special needs, she still manages to finish very quickly which is super impressive. We are always very pleased with his haircut and we always get updates from her after and sometimes during his groom. We really appreciate how much care she takes not just with our dog, but also how much care she gives to us through supportive texts, feedback, and just knowing that he is so safe and loved when he is with her. I cannot speak to the rest of the salon, but I can say that Alyssa is an incredible groomer and we feel so lucky we found her!; Best place in the valle
