Definitely will never buy a car here again. Our sales guy was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car we wanted but they definitely aren't trying to work any deals here. But my review is mainly for Dayana in FINANCE. she definitely gave off a vibe that made us very uncomfortable. Very condescending and unfriendly. I told her at the beginning that I was not interested in purchasing anything they had to offer in finance (ie warranties) she promptly let me know that it's part of her job and needed to go through it so I was being polite and allowed her, even though it was nearly 10pm and I was ready to go. Once she went through her whole spiel I simply said "no thank you" and that's when she became quite rude. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and questioned my decision making. She went on to ask me why I "don't see the value" of purchasing a warranty on tires. She then asked me "well what are you going to do if you have damage??" Ummmm....take it to the shop and have it repaired??? I don't find the value in purchasing something I may not need to use. If the time comes and I need to repair a tire or two then I'll pay for the repair. Pretty sure it wouldn't run me $2500, as was the cost of the warranty. She then proceeded to try and sell me GAP insurance when I was only financing half the value of the car. I respectfully declined (as I told her from the beginning I would do) and she tried to talk down to me and reminded me I was buying a "very expensive vehicle". LOL. . . very expensive is relative! After allowing her to do her sales pitch I firmly let her know that, for me, it was not an expensive car at all and I won't be needing anything else for it. This is my commuter car! I owe much less than the value of the car so why would I purchase GAP??
I tried calling the next day to ask for the bank information so I could pay off the loan but was told if I paid it off before 90 days I would lose the rebate I received. I'll be looking into that. In a nutshell, I'll never buy a car here again.
