Moreno Valley Flower Box Customer Feedback Summary Received flowers on march 21st, most flowers are dead and drying up, absolutely insane that I paid a lot to receive these type of flowers, place honestly needs to do better, don't buy from her. (1)These pictures speak for themselves. Sandy was so easy to work with. And totally got my vision!! Every detail was perfect! The flowers made the wedding!!(2)Ordered arrangements for my husbands funeral. The displays were beautiful & twice the size i thought they would be. All the flowers are so fresh, our home smells fresh and like spring. Thank you to the FLOWER BOX for sending him off under clouds of petals and fragrance. (3)Beautiful bouquet on short notice. I was able to walk in and they made a beautiful arrangement for me on 2 separate occasions. The flowers can sometimes be very expensive but since they were for my mom and grandmother I didn’t mind the price. While I understand the designs may not look exactly like the picture presented on the site, the flowers I received were VERY different. Many flowers were missing and the only substitution offered was more greenery. A call would have been nice to explain if there was a shortage of flowers. Where I am disappointed is that I upgraded my bouquet to be more full which obviously cost more based on the picture provided from the site yet, the picture I received from the recipient was not that. Quality lacked. I attached the picture I was promised and the one I received. It’s is much less sparse with flowers and is not as full as promised.
