Brad explained the process and he and his co-worker did an outstanding job. This is our first experience with any carpet cleaning company and we will definitely call them again! Brad gave us a room cleaning for free because they arrived late. The room he cleaned was night and day difference from the one they did not clean. I felt the quality of the work was exceptional and the price was a bargain. I do not see why you would not call them. Check them out! First Army did a phenomenal job cleaning my tile, grout and carpet. They were reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area. I will definitely be using them again. The Dirt Army gave new life to an old carpet! Her husband would be proud! Thank you! I’m sharing this on behalf of a very good friend & my neighbor who had her carpets & tile cleaned by The Dirt Army. Her & her husband had multiple dogs for the 15 years they lived in their home. Her husband recently passed away & his Celebration of Life will be at their home. The carpets really need to be replaced but there wasn’t time so for now she decided to see how clean they could get. We called Dirt Army & Brandon answered. Even over the phone he was very polite & informative. He offered to come out & give a quote which he did & fully explained how he was going to tackle (my words) all those pet stains-there were A LOT! Our concern was the smell afterwards. I personally had carpets cleaned by other companies & they smelled disgusting afterwards because the urine stain looked lifted but the smell remained! Brandon explained how he was going to use enzymes to neutralize the odor. Of course they were also going to use a powerful stain remover.
Yesterday was the day! Brandon & another worker arrived(sorry, don’t recall his name but a very nice hard working young man). My friend & I went back over to my house while they cleaned.
After about 2 hours, Michael called to say they were almost done. We went back & our jaws dropped in amazement! The carpets looked NEW!! That is s no exaggeration! The pet stains were GONE! Well, one remained but he had told us in the beginning that it may not be possible to get them all completely out so we were anticipating there to be some spots left. And just as amazingly, there was absolutely no smell whatsoever, not even a hint of anything!! The carpets were barely damp & said they would completely dry in 4-6 hours. The tile & grout turned out gorgeous too! We are beyond pleased & would never even consider hiring another company in the future!
