Customer Feedback Summary: Pronto Insurance Agency is the worst insurance company in existence. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and they attempt to deceive you before they attempt (and fail) to assist you. My fiancé was in an accident where THEIR insured wrecked his vehicle. It's been 5 weeks, and the individual who was supposed to assist him (Yesenia) went on vacation and never returned his call; she also took the wrong address many times after multiple verifications to send the check. He called to get SOMEONE to assist him, and not one agent was helpful; they kept transferring him. We chose to stop using them and just use our insurance (statefarm; I highly recommend it) because this company is incompetent. THIS LOCATION IS NO LONGER IN OPERATION, THE NEAREST OFFICE IS @ 3007 HIGHLAND AVE, SUITE 108 NATIONAL CITY. NEXT TO EL SUPER! Very rude women hangs up in my face every time they know it me calling worst customer service I ever got from a broker Great service ! Highly recommend!!
