Ohana Dental Customer Feedback Analysis An Ohana Dental client for almost three years now, and my experience every time has been nothing short of amiable. Dr. Hong has been exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout my visits. He gave a familial vibe from day one, making the office feel like a small family. I have always enjoyed talking with him and appreciated his honesty and candidness regarding my dental care. The first procedure I had, he made it smooth and stress-free. I also liked that he manufactures crowns in-house, saving me time as I did not have to make a second trip to get a permanent crown at another date. Joy, the office manager, was also awesome. She was very helpful and always took time off to explain insurance benefits and answer my questions. Overall, the Ohana Dental team is highly professional yet accommodates strategies that make you feel at home. I am grateful for the care I receive here, and I am glad the team takes excellent care of my teeth! A Good Experience: new technology, xrays and cleaning. The office is very clean and everybody is very nice. Pleasant and Efficient: Always a pleasant and efficient experience at Ohana Dental. The staff is great and always look after patients thoroughly. Great with our toddler also and his cleanings as well! Best Care: Best dentist ive had as an adult. Very thorough when reviewing your case and explains details to ensure I 100% understand my situation, why it happened, what the next steps are and what the long term plan is. Office is personally, super friendly, and flexible when booking appointments. As a ++ they have Mario Cart world tour in the waiting room in Case you or your kids are waiting!! Satisfied Customers: A very clean and professional clinic Outstanding Dental Care: Going to the dentist has always been an experience I despise since childhood. My childhood dentist changed hands in COVID & I was looking for a new dentist post-COVID. It's been almost 3 years now with the Ohana Dental team & they've taken such good care of me & now my growing family. I've always hated the dentist but I rather look forward to visiting them. The staff truly feels like ohana! Great Experience: Friendly and professional staff Highly Recommend: Best dental practice in town! Dr. Hong is warm, caring and easy to work with. Place is clean, front desk staff is friendly and they take care of all the paperwork, highly recommend! Best Dentist: Dr. Hong was able to get me in yesterday. I was In terrible pain. He did not gouge me like most Dentists would Being that it was an emergency. And this morning he called me to find out how I was doing personally not his Assistant, but him ,to take time out of his day to do that and speaks volumes. This place is amazing if you’re looking for a new dentist, he’s your man. Very gentle and takes his time and does not overbook once he starts working on you that’s all he does. He doesn’t jump around like a lot of other dentist do. Great Efforts: Dr Hong , Ms Joey and team is very professional. Dr Hong has a great knowledge & has a nice to explain that’s makes it easy to understand. Reasonable & only suggested procedure needed. Thanks to team for their efforts & special thanks to Dr hong for humorous conversation. Aloha Environment: First visit yesterday was ALL POSITIVE!!! Full X Rays, Exam, Cleaning performed by Dr. Hong, floss and polish, exam findings and future care advised, all in about 1 hour. Honesty and integrity is a high priority. Details of condition diagnosis, treatment options being advised, and costs were all upfront before services provided. Dr. Hong and staff are all very friendly and the Spirit of Aloha environment that has been created in the office helps one feel comfortable and relaxed. If you are looking for a dentist like I was, I highly recommend Ohana Dental.
