Gibson Law Offices Customer Feedback Summary: 1. I only used Wendy Gibson because she was part of my Legal Shield connections. She did not spend sufficient time with me explaining things such as how to properly serve my husband his papers - the correct time of courier to use. Secondly, she send my financial information through the mail - - twice. Neither time did I receive it. She was nonplussed about my concern of financial information floating through the air. When I went to pick up the information at her office - and I told her I would be coming - she was very flustered and muttered that "I was like this from the beginning". She FINALLY upon my request sent it Federal Express. She misspelled my name several times in the documents and missed other points. My recommendation - find someone else.2. I hired Wendy on August 2024. She told me this was an easy case. She did about 2 1/2 hours of work and she disappeared for 3 months. After repeated phone calls and emails, she never responded. I even contacted Parker-Stanbury to help with the situation. I was assured twice that she would call me, but she never did. She was very unprofessional. At least have the courtesy to respond to your clients. long story short, I terminated the contract and I filed a complaint to the State Bar of CA.3. I had to find a new attorney on short notice for a complex custody case. Once I contacted Wendy she jumped right in and filed a supplement/declaration right away. Her and her team did great work sorting, and compiling all of my supporting back up and I had TONS. I’ll share an update after our hearing.4. I hired Wendy Gibson as a child support attorney. I'm not working and funds are low. I needed her to modify a current court order. I pa
