I would not recommend using AAsaferide Windshield Repair Terrible customer service. Can not get an invoice for their service and bill my insurance company to get reimbursed. Dallas, the person who is answering the phone is rude. He is not taking any responsibilities for the failure and just hanging the phone on me Very frustrating experience Stay away from them

FRAUD! On 8/6/2023 I contacted AAsaferide Windshield Repair regarding replacement of my car’s window as my car was broken into that very same day. I spoke with a person named Dallas, who after asking for my car’s make, model and VIN told me they have the window in stock and asked for a $125 deposit via Venmo. I sent the deposit via Venmo and scheduled my appointment to have my window replaced. Not only did I not receive any information via email or text regarding this transaction or my scheduled appointment time, but a whole two days later on THE ACTUAL DAY OF my appointment, Dallas informs me that it turns out they actually do not have my window in stock and would have to special order it. Seems like something that should’ve been checked IMMEDIATELY as he had all of the car’s information, no? But I was understanding and asked for my $125 deposit to be refunded, as I was no longer going to use AAsaferide Windshield Repair and was going to call around and see if anyone in the area has the window in stock OR can special order the window faster. Dallas told me the refund was being processed. It’s been weeks and still no refund. I have text message proof with Dallas (see screenshots attached) informing me that he is refunding that deposit, yet sign of that money to this day. Dallas claims everything is done on his end and blamed the hold up on my bank and he recommended I call my bank. I called my bank and I have filed a FRAUD claim with Bank of America as I clearly am not getting that $125 deposit back from AAsaferide Windshield Repair. Dallas has stopped responding to my text messages, so unfortunately this situation has now escalated to a fraud claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, GO WITH ONE OF THE DOZENS OF OTHER GLASS REPAIR COMPANIES IN THE ARE!!!
