We were very happy to have chosen him. The biggest no-brainer in hindsight. From the first call, it was clear that he cared about us and not just closing a file. John really fought and worked hard for us. He was very detail-oriented during the paperwork process and caught and corrected a few closing cost calculation errors that could have cost us a lot. John's knowledge and forward-thinking saved us time and a lot of money. He was very patient and professional and kept things moving toward a smooth and timely close.
