She showed sympathy when she could tell my voice was almost gone due to illness and even offered to communicate through text to help. She explained things in an easy way to understand. Great person very happy Paola Martinez helped me out and got me situated Catherine was my representative and assisted me greatly since I was high risk and other insurance companies wouldn't touch me. She went above and beyond her job and was extremely efficient and very nice I can't say enough good things about her. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone. She loves her job and it shows. She definitely went the extra mile on my behalf and I truly appreciate her for everything she's done. She's a definite asset to your insurance company and deserves a raise. Paola is so patient and polite. She is a down to earth sweet heart. If I could give her 100 stars I would.
