I thought Mr. Bundy was kind in offering to assist us. However now I see it as a ploy to gain his trust. I did meet with Mr. Bundy when he offered to look over documents for free, however, when our case became too difficult to handle, he offered to try our whole case the night before we were due in court. He said we had to pay him via paypal right away and we did. He arrived for our case via videochat the next morning and when the judge asked for his filed paperwork, he stated he had not done it and the judge dismissed him. The judge told him he did not do what he was supposed to do and therefore could not represent us. We stood in court shocked and lost our case. I have been asking for our money back now for almost one year and Mr. Bundy continues to ignore me or responds he will get back to me. I showed up at his office unexpectedly and he didn't even remember who I was. I had to remind him. Of course he said he would get me an itemized list by Monday the 24th of March. I reminded him that there should be nothing to itemize. I texted him the morning of the 24th and never heard back. DO NOT BE A FOOL like myself and get swindled by Mr. Bundy. Find another attorney, and be cautious even if you think you trust them. My regretful first review: Thomas has my greatest respect. At the last minute, we had to sign documents we could not understand for a suit we thought had already been closed. He listened to our story and offered to meet and help us. He explained what we were signing and offered us amazing advice. His sincerity and kindness during a stressful time did not go unnoticed. He gave my husband and I plenty to think about and because of Thomas' brutal honesty, we made a very empowering decision. Our legal system can be very scary, and without the right guidance, we would all be lost. Doesn't show up to court when he says he will, shows up unprepared to court, will antagonize the judge, etc. all of which will leave you stranded, while he refuses to be fired...
