She and her group offer excellent service, accommodating me and my clients. Kendall is the go-to person for any legal advice and is strongly recommended.2. Extremely responsive, great listeners, excellent advice.3. Kendall is always a pleasure to work with. The individualized service and customer attention are invaluable.4. We hired Kendall VanConas and her firm to update our estate. Initially, they promised to print our documents and return them in a day or two, but it took them weeks to print copies and deliver them after we prompted them. We had to call and email multiple times to ask when they would reach out to us about estate planning. After the initial May meeting, their assistant went on vacation, delaying the process, and when we followed up, we learned Kendall was recovering from surgery, and they did not state her medical leave. We called on July 1st, and they said they were out of the office until the 8th. The firm doesn't work but makes excuses and refuses to give notes from the one meeting we had with them. Getting estate updates is impossible and the office has no communication. We never heard from them after July 8th, and Kendall lied about a timeline, making this experience a total waste of time and money and charging $750 for a meeting without a recap or notes.
