AV Sierra Dental Center is an outstanding dental office! The staff and the doctor are excellent and personable. Dr. J. OH and his team always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Going to the dentist has never been a fun experience for me, but they made it easy. They took time to explain everything I needed to know. I had a fantastic experience. The issue I raised was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Oh is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly caring. I appreciate the care I received and highly recommend this office. Although the billing staff is very lazy my first visit was a red flag warning me to get out. I was seen for a second opinion while waiting I witnessed a patient and his wife who didn't have an appointment he wanted to speak to someone about an outrageous bill sent to him a year ago which he paid in full'''' I took that as a red flag warning me and I left. Lovely place very clean. Great people AV Sierra Dental Center is an outstanding dental office! Love my dentist and all staff, they're professional and provide excellent customer service. Although the billing team is not as good as them, I appreciate their effort. Dr. J. OH was very professional and explained the process. I had a great experience! The staff is really nice and helped me through a difficult period. They make the experience comfortable and encouraging. I will continue to see them.
