I highly recommend! 3. Used this firm for a trust. Quick and easy process. 4. Would give zero stars if I could, had to call multiple times because the phone just rang. And when the staff at this establishment did answer they were rude, and could offer me no information. 10/20 wouldn’t recommend 5. This guy is very hard to get ahold of. 6. He is down to earth and made things simple to understand. Definitely worth every penny! 8. I called Charlton Weeks for eviction information on what options my father and I had. Veronica their eviction representative was very helpful, she listened to the situation and hand. She gave realistic options on how to handle the eviction. My father and I are still reviewing on what to do next. I wrote this review because I was impressed by her willing to explain what can be done even with the complicated situation at hand. Update.. We chose Charlton Weeks for the reasons I stated above. I say they are 5 stars. Veronica from their eviction department explained each step of the way, she gave me a realistic timeline for each process. Every case is different during these covid times. Yet, I am glad I had Veronica and Charlton Weeks law firm on our side to help my uncle and father 9. If I could give them a zero star I would do it. They say the do evictions, but they don't really know how to make an eviction. They like to do easy cases. So , if you have a strong case, don't waste your time with these lawyer. Please keep away from them. They have a terrible customer service and what they do is to waste your valuable time. 10. Great people 11. Recently, I hired Carlton Weeks law office to file eviction law sue against my tenant for none payment. The case went four days jury trial, the jury took less than 40 minutes to reach the unanimous verdict. Rikka J. Fountain is excellent attorney. She goes above and beyond to help me to win the case. She is very knowledgeable with good strategies. She spent a lot of time to gather all the details, contacted the witness I provided, and had many discussion with me about how to present the case to the jury, including opening statement, testimony, cross examination, rebuttal exam, and closing argument. She prepared me well to be on the witness stand. She was able to convince the jury that I am a good landlord and win case 100% I could not ask more and better attorney than Rikka. I highly recommend this law firm, especially Rikka J Fountain to the landlords or property managers, the eviction needs to be filed definitely they are best choice. 12. One of the friendliest staff in town! As you walk in you're greeted by a reception is with a warm disposition. As you have the opportunity to speak to other members at Charlton Weeks LLP you see that that warm disposition is carried throughout the firm. Excellent service and a very compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive group of people! 13. The Charlton Weeks staff was very helpful with my case, I would highly recommend them to friends or family. 14. As a bookkeeper I work with several companies that have needed assistance with various matters. Charlton Weeks is ALWAYS my go to recommendation for clients, everything from corporation formation, wills and trusts, contract review, etc. If James doesn't have the answer, or know the direction in which to point you, then the answer or the direction, simply don't exist.
