Mail America 3 Customer Reviews: 1. Excellent place, excellent service. Much respect. 2. The girl with the brassy curly hair and glasses has no emotion and comes off rude. I went in to return a package, she scanned my code and printed it then tells me it’s going to be $1 for the label. I told her I wished she would have told me before but it’s fine I’ll pay for it. I used Apple Pay and my phone says I got charged $1.50 I told her and she said they charge .50 for card. I asked why she didn’t tell me that before? She then stares at me for the longest 20 seconds not saying anything just a blank emotionless face. The whole time there she said about 5 words. It was like talking to wall3. La notaría pésimo servicio al cliente- muy grosera y altanera. Trata muy mal a los clientes- la deberían de quitar de ahí- y ir a trabajar donde no hay clientes.4. I came here for a notary and the notary with the pink hair signed for me and made an error. They didn’t want to fix it, I experienced financial and legal problems because of them. I should have learned my lesson when I got a Livescan done from them some time ago and my prints were rejected. They are always in a hurry, they commit errors and then act all smug about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE5. I have never had any problems here. They are professional, and give me a receipt when I drop off my packages. I always use their service.6. This business is shady, don’t trust them to send your packages!!7. Please lady, smile a little bit to the customers, be more polite with good manners, as good morning, good afternoon, my pleasure, I appreciate, how can I help you, yes, sure... NOTHING but nothing, you look like you are doing us a favor for free, I understand some customers are as ho es, but most of us are polite. Thank you.8. Called Lady Just Hung Up On Me For asking her a question very unprofessional9. Do not go here for a live fingerprint scan They will not send it and rip you off. They wouldn't even give us a refund.10. I went in for the first time today and it was probably the best small shop experience I've ever had. From Copies, to mailing out my package, to buying stamps. It was so easy. They have boxes of all sizes and pretty much everything you need for shipping a package and more. Highly reccomended!11. Livescan price is the best out of ALL the other places I called. Fast and friendly very nice service thanks keep up the good work 12. Amazing staff and services. Had an issue with a package and was told to come in. They took care of it and are always super nice. Been bringing most of my packages here. But after this they will be getting all my business. Already told my friends and family to not go anywhere else but here. They are truly amazing and so nice.13. Great place. Lady is always happy and very helpful.
