He also attended the University of Wyoming, where he graduated with a law degree in 2009, and he also attended the University of Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. He communicates in English and Chinese. His residence is in Sandy, Utah, but he frequently goes to China and the Philippines. (Licensed only in Utah)
