Blossom Labs built a website that was currently functional for our company. However, they lacked resources, which resulted in months of delays due to failure to implement our Review Builder and SEO strategy. They offered free ad services to remedy the situation, but their approach was problematic, unable to proactively optimize our online presence. Upon hiring a new web manager, there were many things wrong with our website and digital strategy structurally and maintenance-wise. When I tried to leave Blossom, the owner said there was a three-month minimum commitment and that’s the last communication I have had from them. Given the company’s results over the six months and the slow progress in giving us the growth tools we needed this was a particularly disappointing response. Please keep in mind that I did not intend to leave a negative review, but our latest interactions have been unprofessional and have only solidified my concerns about this company.5.
