They pointed out that roofing issues are there but will be resolved within 30 days. They also praised how JLA made it easy to send payments through the portal and how JLA has done an excellent job. Everyone mentioned that their previous Nigerian owner was good, even though he is negative. The support team, especially Madelyn in accounting, who has superhero skills, and Veronica, are also highly recommended. They praised how thoughtful and caring the JLA team is. There is a negative review about how the company responded to theft. Consequently, they appeared to react by raising security, the neighborhood has been rather dangerous, but this has improved. Based on the reviews, I would recommend real estate management.
