He is licensed to practice law in California and Washington. Mr. Steinberg has previously represented Correctional Officers as staff counsel with the California Correctional Peace Officers Association. His practice exclusively focuses on law enforcement injured workers in front of the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. He enjoys reading military history, target shooting, and historical miniature war games. Florida State University awarded him a bachelor's degree in education in 1973, and he graduated from McGeorge School of Law with a law doctorate in 1978. Mr. Steinberg has practiced exclusively helping injured workers and disabled individuals since 1979. He has handled more than 1,000 Workers' Compensation cases and hundreds of Social Security hearings.
