Not just once, but on two occasions Milestonz actually caused my credit score to DROP! the first time they bIantantly and intentionally did NOT charge my monthly payment the amount that I had already set up to pay. I kept increased my monthly payments after about six months so That I could get the account paid off in the time frame of my choosing. They deliberately dropped the payment by $30 in December 2022 and didn't notify me about it. Didn't give any explanation and I couldn't figure it out on my bank statement, so I personally walked in to ask why. The waisted 20- 30 mins of my time going around the mulberry bush and speaking in circles. After sitting there listening and never getting an answer I simply ask if they were responsible for dropping the Payment amount without authorization and finally she " begrudgingly" said yes, then put her head down. I politely went completely off on her and them to the point that she ran to get the manager, her boss. Big guy comes out in schmooze mode. Im like " oh here we go again. He shook my hand, looked at my face and said this is what we'll do. We will courteously increase your credit which should bring your score back up in a few pay cycles. I was shocked when he raised ot by $5,000. Well at first I was pleased and I agreed to it being a redemptive move on their part. But then I realized that over time all that did was prompt me to purchase another subpar piece of metal.
