Robert M. Smolich

Education Mr. Smolich graduated with a B.S. from Saint Mary’s College in 1988 and then proceeded to earn his JD from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 1992. His educational background forms the foundation of his current legal practice. Certification Mr. Smolich obtained certification as a specialist in workers’ compensation law from the State Bar in 1999. In this capacity, he is certified to practice workers’ compensation law in California, where he is also required to maintain the most recent laws and regulations. All practitioners are required to uphold the highest professional standards and have demonstrated an expert level of knowledge of the law because certification involves passing a demanding examination.
