I cleaned as much as I could but I knew I needed a professional job done soon. He was out of town and told me to not wait as it will only make it worse and then recommended another business to go to. I even had to clarify the location and address. He was extremely responsive, helpful and kind especially to redirect me elsewhere. I would love to give him my business in the future due to his professionalism, responsiveness and kindness. 4.
