SpiritKids offers recreational gymnastics programs, including camps, private lessons, after-school enrichment programs, and classes. Our program offers a safe environment for kids to learn gymnastics recreationally. We are focused on fitness and having fun. Our programs can be budget-friendly, relaxing, enjoyable, and do not require a lot of time. Our classes are small and have low student-to-coach ratios, which allows for more individual attention. The children will experience self-confidence, build strength, coordination, and flexibility, as well as body awareness. This program is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination, as well as body awareness. It also helps build self-esteem. This program is not competitive and aims to improve your gymnastics skills by advancing. Bars, vault, balance beam, and tumbling are some of the activities, but a lot is devoted to tumbling. Our classes are small enough to be able to reach each individual child.
