AVNU Wellness

AVNU Wellness Customer Experiences: 1. "When I finally move to San Diego, the first thing I will do is get an AVNU membership, before I even buy a house." A really excellent gym. Great equipment, facilities. Sparkling clean. Very friendly and helpful. I travel for work extensively and have been to gyms all over the US. AVNU is top notch. Highly recommended.2. I tried this gym for the week, its new and clean with lots of equipment and facilities. I focused on the weights and didn't get to try the sauna or cold plunge.3. I’ve been with AVNU for about a year and it’s the perfect size gym for me. There are enough people to keep me motivated, but it never feels overcrowded. It has all the essentials for weight training, cardio, and recovery, plus a friendly staff—and I’ve never had to wait for a squat rack.4. Luxury fitness with state of the art equipment, all the amenities (filtered water and water infused with berries and cucumbers, towel service, eucalyptus cooling towels, executive massage chair, sauna, cold plunge, etc.!), and personalized, caring touches that turn any day into a retreat. The people at AVNU make all the difference in your wellness experience, going the extra mile with kindness and personalized care. AVNU is perched atop Pacific Heights Blvd in Sorrento/Mira Mesa in San Diego's bustling tech hub, and is a hidden oasis tucked beneath the also-excellent Treehouse cafe/dining space and across the street from Gravity Heights and Qualcomm, making it a very convenient stop in your day.5. I got this membership for sometime time now. I think it’s been an awesome place to work out. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Joining AVNU made going to the gym a lot more flexible with it being so close to work and having very clean showers. It feels like a private based gym, but not to over the top and has everything you need. If you want a gym that has everything in one building this might be the gym to go to.
