Ben is the sole reason my nails look like they belong to someone far more put-together than I actually am. I am not an easy client—hard on my hands, wildly indecisive, and prone to changing my mind mid-sentence, and Ben takes all of that in stride. He takes his time, pays attention to what actually works for you, and delivers nails that don’t just look good—they hold up in real life. What really sets him apart is that he actually cares about the outcome. He doesn’t rush, he doesn’t cut corners, and his work is insanely clean and precise. He’ll steer you in the right direction when you don’t know what’s best. He’s funny, a little sassy, and just someone you genuinely enjoy being around while getting beautiful nails. The good stuff Everyone here is extremely professional and I’m writing this review because I believe Hannah and her staff all deserve it. Ben is the most amazing nail tech I’ve ever had. He takes his time and is a perfectionist. There has never not once been a time that I haven’t gotten a compliment on my nails. Imagine, every single set I’ve gotten has gotten compliments. That speaks volumes ! I have gone as much as 6 weeks between fills because I was traveling out of the country and not one finger broke or lifted! Hannah, the owner has every color, every style, every color, every jewel you can think of! Which allows Ben to do exact replicates of any design you bring a picture of. Finding a great nail place and nail tech is hard to find, so once I have found this place, I’m forever loyal. Best and the worst Great service James is so gentle and professional! He's definitely my favorite there! I bring my 17yr old daughter with me and she just seen Ben. He seems very impatient, yanking my daughter's hand and yelling at her. She cried in the car. Due to this, we will not be returning. I drive from El Cajon to you guys. Customer Service means alot to me. I always tip. You guys definitely lost 2 customers due to Ben's impatient behavior. James and the other staff are so kind, thank you. Pluses and minuses Exceptional service! This nail salon is beautiful with tons of colors to choose from! I had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend! This is the IBD gel with real nails. I love how clean it looks!
