My criteria for a good haircut: 1) you look good and are confident walking out the door 2) the hair cut holds its line until the next time you get a cut. 3) you are able to get the same look yourself without fighting it everyday 4) you don't pay $99 and walkout the door crying. 5) your hair dresser can pickup the line from the previous person who cut your hair (if that one was a good one) and run with it.
It's been 2 months and I've managed a "good hair day" 3-4 times over the past 60 days. I am ashamed to walkout my door with this haircut - thank God I have a good wig which covers up this stringy mess and gave me time to save up the money for another haircut. Your first haircut is $79 but look up on the board people - a haircut after the first one is $99 and that's the cheapest thing on the menu. This place is over rated, charges too much and is laughing all the way to the bank. I am so disappointed.
