DO NOT WORK WITH SNOE!
Working with the Snoe was probably one of the worst experiences ever. First of all not only is she rude but also very unprofessional. Back in October I booked an appointment with her for December 8th, I gave her a deposit and everything seemed fine. Around early December I contacted her regarding my appointment she never got back to me. Not about rescheduling, not about my appointment that I had put a deposit down for. She continued to ignore me, even though she was very active on her social media. it wasn’t until I filed a claim through Venmo, which surprisingly right after she contacted demanding I take down the claim. She has been continuously rude and unprofessional through this whole process, not taking any accountability. She has made it seem like it’s our fault even though she is the one that failed to contact us regarding the appointment. She claims that people have taken advantage of her when it’s very clear she is the one taking advantage of her clients. HONESTLY JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, definitely not worth the headache.
