In 1911, he came to SAN DIEGO, California, and fell in love with it. He moved to SAN DIEGO in 1938 and worked at Don Lee Cadillac as a Sales Manager and, later on, the General Manager during World War II. After the war, he supervised several Los Angeles General Motors Dealerships and knew what city was the best. When he bought a dealership in SAN DIEGO in 1950 and opened a downtown store, he picked SAN DIEGO. This city was his home and saw a great future for his companies.
