This transformation by power washing has made the space brighter and properly maintained. The team was professional, effective, and they paid close attention to detail. 2. Efficiency, Courtesy, Professionalism The multifamily residential building parking garage has extremely dirty surfaces. Approximately six years ago, a team attempted a deep wash, but it hardly made a difference. Outcome: soil buildup, grayish concrete, unsightly stains, and a disorganized look.
