Express Employment Professionals

At first, I thought that this was going to turn out well for me after speaking with Brian at the N. Dixie location. I don't normally go thru a temp to hire agency to look for work, but I have seen more employers doing this more often as a screening process. Brian contacted me about a polishing/deburring position that I sought after, but after looking at my experience, Brian also felt as tho I would be a better fit as a CNC Machine operator since I use to do CNC work with a past employer, and most likely would be a direct hire instead of a temp to hire. At first, I was reluctant because I am not able to move heavy parts anymore like I once had before, and was assured that by Brian the parts were nothing bigger than his stapler, and that they didn't weigh much because they were machining parts that were used for implants (like for elbows and knees etc.), so after hearing this, I thought to myself, sure, why not? The interview went well, we talked about my employment history, as well as the client who would want me because of my past experience as a CNC machine operator, and again was informed about the client who Brian felt would want to be more of a direct hire due to my experience would be a better fit for me, but said that he couldn't give me the company's name, and would get with me after the Labor Day holiday where I could meet the possible employer, set up an interview, and start off around $20/hr. I was excited hearing this type of news and agreed. Well, the Labor Day holiday came and went, and soon afterwards, I tried to reach out to Brian on his number that he called me from, to find out more on this job since i never heard back from Brian. I left Brian a message and asked for a return call. I never heard back from Brian. After a week later, I still haven't heard from Brian, so I called Express Employment Professionals office, this time leaving a message for Brian to return my call about the client that we spoke about, and if I didn't hear back from him, then I knew it was a waste of my time and i would seek employment elsewhere. Well, needless to say, I never heard back from Brian, but did start receiving possible Employers who were looking for help, the disturbing thing was that none of the employers were close in what I was expecting to receive in an hourly pay rate that was discussed with Brian, so I've chalked this up as another bad experience with temp to hire agencies. Don't waste your time here, the agency is not as professional as they claim to be.
