We have been loyal customers of EZ Haul Truck Rental & Leasing in Kearny Mesa for several years, using their services for our large annual fundraising event, Oktoberfest. Each year, we rent a refrigerated truck from them to store ice and keep our kegs cold, ensuring a great experience for our event attendees. Unfortunately, this year we were met with severe disappointment. Just four days before our event, we received a call informing us that there was no truck available for us—despite our reservation placed months in advance. When I called back to try and resolve the issue, we spoke with an employee named Bill, who gave us a curt response of "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." This kind of last-minute notice and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially given the importance of our event. As a long-time customer, we expect better communication, reliability, and professionalism. This experience has left us questioning whether we can continue relying on EZ Haul Truck Rental & Leasing in Kearny Mesa in the future. PS. I hope they are able to assist us with this issue before our event on Sunday. Honest business with clean, well maintained trucks, fair pricing and friendly customer service. I rent from these folks every few months and haven't had anything but good expereinces. They are the best. I have been renting from them for many years and they are always great. I’m one of the driver who has to pick up and take back the truck. They always have a variety of truck. That fits are needs. They have a friendly staff that gets us in n out on time. One of the most unrestrictive company or parking policy who is asking you for a lot of unnecessary insurance certificate which is nothing to do with any rental property agreement.
