About this business

Heartwork Coffee is a family-owned and operated coffee shop located in the heart of San Diego's Mission Hills neighborhood. We specialize in producing freshly roasted, locally sourced coffee beans, and handmade pastries. Heartwork Coffee Bar is driven by the idea that the coffee shop experience is just as vital as the beverages themselves. We expect you to come, settle in, and enjoy our welcoming coffee bar. We also roast coffee in support of the local community in Chula Vista. And all of the other Heartwork products we supply are purchased locally. Our coffees have been roasted in Chula Vista since June 2018. We are also able to arrange wholesale purchases and special events for your company. Reviews Summary

The reviews raved about Heartwork Coffee's quality and their excellent service. Their cold brew and dirty Chai were especially popular. The shop's kitschy surroundings and extraordinary aromas add to the experience. Monday and Friday are the best days to visit their cozy eatery, as this is when they brew their coffee fresh. Though the quality of the cafe is unparalleled, their higher prices were rather steep. With no seated indoor space, the cafe rapidly grows crowded because of its patio and take-out service. They offer easy online ordering and have food options, making this cafe a must-visit in North Park. The only negative: the cafe closes quite early, so there is a rush. (Words: 122)
