I had a serious water leakage at the complex on Saturday and Manuel came right away to repair the broken pipe. He had to crawl under the building in a tight crawl space to find the source of the leak and handled it with a smile. I don’t wish for anymore problems but if we do, I definitely want Manuel to come back to take care of it!
